,1) What if I miss classes?

You must attend 80% of the training in order to be eligible to graduate. 

 2) How many people are in each training?

To ensure each person receives adequate attention,  we only allow no more than 16 participants. 

3) Can I retake classes in future trainings?

YES, you can attend as many classes from our core classes that are taught by the main faculty. Any classes with guest teachers, will require a discounted rate and also receive continued education credits for Yoga Alliance.

4) What are the requirements for passing the trainings?

It is a combination of attendance, class participation, assignments, tests and a pure desire to transform yourself and others.   

5) What books do I need to purchase?

There will be 3-4 books to purchase on your own. You may chose printed or ebooks.

6) Can I use my computer in class? YES, but wifi is spotty, so have your own.  

7) I am only interested in taking a few classes in your training. Can I do that?

YES, in the 200 or 500 hr - NOT the Restorative Training. You can even receive continue ed credits for Yoga Alliance if your already are yoga teacher and registered with them. 

​8) Do you offer a payment plan? 

Yes, for the 200 & 500 hour trainings. 

Deposit plus 3 equal payments. first payment payment on first day of class, 2nd payment mid way through and final payment is one month before last day of class. Dates will be posted in your application. NO EXCEPTIONS

9) Do you have a scholarship program?

YES, we offer to two partial scholarships (half off tuition) in each training. One for those who are in need and another is a work exchange discount off tuition.

200 hour Yoga Training:

This Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga training embarks you on a profound journey of self - discovery; empowers you to become the best person you can be; offers a holistic, well rounded, comprehensive training to build a foundation upon which to teach the ancient art & healing practice of Yoga in a creative form drawing from your personal Hatha practice ranging from gentle to vinyasa flow.

You do not need to have the desire to become a Yoga teacher to participate.

Dive deeper into your practice and teachings. 

(This is a 300-hour program when added to your 200-hour certification produces a 500-hour level certification)

Open to all who wish to ADVANCE their knowledge, practice and teachings of Yoga beyond a 200-hour certificate. If you have a 200-hour certificate from any school, we invite you to embark on an integrated exploration of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga.

  • Philosophy: Vedas, Upanishads, Sutra, Gita and more...

  • Hatha Yoga: Postures, Pranayama, Kriyas, Mudras, Bandhas & Meditation

  • Spiritual Bodies: Koshas, Chakras, Nadis, Aura, etc.

  • Sanskrit: Read & write, posture names, mantras & kirtan.

  • Ayurveda: Balancing through Doshas and treatment including all new age health and healing practices.

  • Anatomy & Physiology: Functional anatomy, bio-mechanics and kinesiology for multi levels of asanas and practitioners, *working with injuries and limitations.

  • Teaching methods: Class and workshop planning, creative and healing sequencing, assisting & adjusting asanas and more.

  • The Business of Yoga: Building a presence and enriching our community through service, creating a website, social media and marketing.
